Deposits paid up front
Clients pay the deposit you set, by card, to hold the slot. It goes to your own Stripe account. Teoum takes no cut.
Never double-booked
The database itself refuses overlapping appointments, so two clients can't grab the same slot, even at the same second.
Breathing room built in
Each appointment can block time after it for cleanup or travel. Work on the road? Limit bookings to the ZIP codes you cover.
Confirmations and reminders
Clients get a confirmation when they book and a reminder the day before, by email, and by text where texting is set up for your business. Never marketing.
Changes without phone tag
Clients can move their appointment once, by link, up to a cutoff you choose. If you cancel, their deposit is refunded automatically.

Text messages
How Teoum texts your clients
A customer who books can choose to receive texts about that appointment: a confirmation, and a reminder 24 hours before. Consent is optional (an unticked box on the booking form) and no marketing is ever sent. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
